Position Title: Sales Associate
Pay: $10-$15/hour
Summary: Stock shelves, direct customers through store, answer basic questions, clean the store, run cash register
Requirements: Must be at least 16, must be able to communicate with others, work with a team
Education: None
Position Title: Sports Specialist
Pay: $20/hour
Summary: Deal with certain sports sections exclusively, answer sport specific questions, help customers with their designated sport, order new items for that sport
Requirements: Be a team leader, work well with others, and have strong communication skills.
Education: High school graduate with at least an associates degree
Position: Store Manager
Pay: $50,000-$60,000/year
Summary: Approve product orders, manage other workers, assign tasks, watch over store
Requirements: Held a lower position (i.e. Sports Specialist) for at least 12 months, be a strong leader, be responsible, work with others, communicate well, handle stress and large work loads
Education: High school graduate with at least a bachelors degree
